Smart TV Leases Equipment on a month-to-month basis:
Smart TV is a hardware and software supplier of licensed products. Customers will be issued Client Access Licenses as per their desired program. Our equipment leases pertain to a specified agreement made between two (2) willing parties. (1) One being Smart TV and (2) being the client. This Lease Agreement is not binding. Smart TV remains the legal owner of said equipment and does not have a Rent-to-Own program. Smart TV has NO Cancellation Fees, Clauses or Assertions that restrict or penalize our customers from ending our agreement. Both parties can end this agreement at anytime and for any reason. In the event, that a mutual agreement is terminated between Smart TV and a Client: Client agrees to return Smart TV's property in good working order and within a reasonable time frame. We ask that clients wishing to cancel to please inform us 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle.
Smart TV Lease services are paid in advance. Once a customer agrees to a lease service they are billed for a full month of service at the time of installation. For Example; John decides he wants the Bronze plan at $35 per month. John's service equipment is installed on the 1st of June. John is charged $35 on June 1st and understands his plan auto-renews on July 1st and each proceeding month there on until cancelled. John decides Smart TV is not for him and calls to cancel on June 29th. He is informed his Lease Plan will end on the 30th as he has already paid in advance and that a prepaid box will be sent to him to return the equipment. John is billed no further.
Smart TV provides a hardware and software platform and is not a content provider, host or source of content.
Smart TV's hardware platform and software contains only links to other sources, licensed providers and hosts that are compensated for there content and hold agreements with their ownership. Smart TV does not host or upload videos, films or media files. It does not store any media stream links on any of its servers. It will not record or store any of the media files and links that can be found on the Internet or its servers. The makers of Smart TV do not condone the misuse of its hardware and software beyond its intended purpose and takes no responsibility for how clients use its devices. Smart TV does not track or store any information regarding the browsing/streaming activity of its users. Smart TV simply leases equipment platforms and software that aggregates links in a convenient, user-friendly interface. Smart TV is not responsible for the accuracy, compliance, copyright agreements, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of other linked sources made by customers. Smart TV does not condone unauthorized downloads of copyrighted materials from any source (issued client access licenses are for viewing licensed content only). If the Customer - manipulates, reprograms or misuses said devices and faces any legal issues, they must contact the appropriate media file owners, provider or host sources for which they downloaded unauthorized content. Any legal issues regarding online tv shows and movies with unauthorized applications should be taken up with the actual file hosts and providers themselves, as we're not affiliated with them.
Smart TV does not condone copyright infringement, please directly contact the responsible parties or the streaming providers, source and/or websites. Smart TV operates as a electronics provider and search engine of TV shows and movies content found publicly available on the internet, in principle conducting in the same way as Google. However, Smart TV strongly believes in the protection of intellectual property and would be willing to assist when possible and applicable. The videos are streamed directly from licensed providers and third-party video sharing services. All other trademarks, logos, and images are the property of their respective and rightful owners. Downloads of Torrent based content is strictly prohibited.
Smart TV has no control over what media is put up, taken down, downloaded or shared. Its hardware and software merely connects to licensed providers, Direct Source Hosts and 3rd-party websites that are publicly accessible, via any regular web browser and available to the masses. It is the responsibility of the user to avoid any actions that might violate the laws governing his/her locality. The end-user agrees to use Smart TV at your own risk and to hold Smart TV harmless for their individual actions and willing misuse.
Further Disclaimer: Smart TV's hardware and software violates no laws through valid intended use of this product or service subscriptions and we accept no responsibility for misuse. We do not own, run, maintain or have access to the streams, channels or content provided. Smart TV does not stream any of the live IP channels. Smart TV has no association with any of the IP channels shown or any other products in conjunction with that content. As per our knowledge, all channels provided by the source server sellers abide by all relevant countries copyright laws and any copyright issues must be taken up directly with the server and provider owners. Smart TV does not accept liability as to what is aired on the servers and Smart TV has no control over the servers, the streams, the channels and content rendered. Server owners, Licensed Providers and Sources have the right to add and remove any channels or content they see fit. Therefore, content selection may change without advanced notice at any time.
